How do I pick the right stud pattern?
Soft ground is for wet, muddy grass. Firm ground suits dry, hard pitches. Artificial ground is for 3G and astro. Every boot page lists which one it is built for.
Do the sizes run true?
Most running shoes run true to size. Rugby boots and golf shoes tend to run slightly narrow, so consider a half size up if you have a wider foot. Message us if you are between sizes.
How long does delivery take?
Main centres are usually two to three working days. Outlying areas take three to five. You get a tracking number the day it ships.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, as long as the item is unworn, unmarked and still has its packaging. Get in touch and we will arrange the swap.
